(一社)日本分析機器工業会 （JAIMA）は、世界最大級の研究室・実験室設備機器関連の展示会「Pittcon 2017」（2017年3月5日～9日、米国イリノイ州シカゴ）において、JAIMAシンポジウムを開催する。
同シンポジウムでは、「Analytical Solutions for Biopharma & Biotherapeutics」をテーマに、バイオ医薬・バイオ治療薬を対象とした創薬向けの最新の分析ソリュ―ションを紹介。また、シンポジウム終了後に講演者を交えたネットワーキングレセプションも開催する。JAIMAでは、同シンポジウムを通じて世界各国からPittcon 2017へ参加するCRO・CMO・製薬企業などに対して国内外のバイオ医薬品およびバイオ治療薬に関連する最新の分析ソリューションについて情報発信を行うとともに、展示会においてはJAIMAブースも出展し、海外への事業展開を通じた国内分析産業の活性化を図る。
